Policy Details

IPM Disease-Free Guarantee — Every clone is backed by our guarantee. If your clones arrive with pests, mold, powdery mildew, or pathogens, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
Replacement — We will replace affected clones at no additional cost. Replacement clones ship within 24-48 hours of claim approval.
Scope — Our guarantee covers the condition of clones at the time of delivery only. We are not responsible for issues arising from improper handling, growing conditions, or pest introduction after delivery.
How to File a Claim — Email info@clone-source.com with your order number and clear photos of the affected clones within 24 hours of delivery.
Refunds — If replacement is not feasible, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
